BEDFORD-STUYVESANT — Police are searching for two men who tied up a Brooklyn man in his home and made off with his electronics and $1,500 cash.
The suspects knocked on the man’s Greene Avenue door at about 11:30 p.m. on May 17, pulled out a gun and pushed the victim into his apartment, officials said.
The thieves ordered the victim to lie down on the floor and tied his hands behind his back using a T-shirt, according to police.
They took off with the man’s money, a 55-inch television, jewelry, iPhone and a laptop, police said.
Police released photos of a suspect on Tuesday and described one man as 5-foot-8 and 130 pounds, and the other as 5-foot-6, according to an NYPD spokesman.
Anyone with information in regards to this incident is asked to call the NYPD's Crime Stoppers Hotline at 800-577-TIPS.
