PARK SLOPE — Rapidly changing Fifth Avenue has lost a pizza joint and a wine bar but gained a burger restaurant and poutine spot.

Here's a look at recent openings and closings on the busy commercial strip:

Perfect Potato, which sells French fries, poutine and baked potatoes with toppings opened recently at 172 Fifth Ave. near Degraw Street. The shop makes its poutine gravy from scratch with grass-fed beef bones but also offers a vegan version of the Canadian dish.

Brooklyn Burgers & Beer opened last week in the space formerly occupied by AOC Bistro at 259 Fifth Ave. near Garfield Place, Park Slope Stoop reported. The restaurant's $12 signature "B&B Burger" comes topped with bacon, Brie, an onion ring, special sauce and arugula on a brioche bun.

Slope Nutrition, a store selling vitamins and other health supplements, opened recently at 537 Fifth Ave. and 14th Street.

Brooklyn Central Pizza at 289 Fifth Ave. and First Street closed in late June, Here's Park Slope reported.

►The Turkish wine bar Pierre Loti closed after just 18 months in business at 78 Fifth Ave. between St. Marks Avenue and Prospect Place, according to the Park Slope Fifth Avenue Business Improvement District.

► Two side-by-side sandwich shops bit the dust recently. Zito's Sandwich Shoppe at 195 Fifth Ave. and Berkeley Place will be replaced by an Indian restaurant, and Bierkraft at 191 Fifth Ave. closed without warning and without explanation after 13 years in business.
