QUEENS — A Tudor-style building in Kew Gardens which houses popular restaurant Tu Casa is on sale for $8.75 million, according to published reports.

The two-story building is located at 119-05 Metropolitan Ave. on the corner of Lefferts Boulevard, one of the busiest intersections in the neighborhood where residential homes can easily sell for more than $1 million.

The 19,000-square-foot property features 12 apartments, including 10 two-bedroom units and two three-bedrooms, and commercial space on the ground floor, according to the New York Times.

The building is home to Peruvian eatery Tu Casa and Hangar 11 Bar & Grill, as well as a medical office.

The property was purchased by its current owner Robert Czarniecki in 2002, according to city records.
