FORDHAM — Police have arrested a woman they say snatched her 7-month-old son from an ACS facility last month, then sent photos of him with a knife to his throat to the boy’s father.
Alexis Jabbour, 20, grabbed her son from the facility on Grand Concourse, near Fordham Road, on June 19 following a dispute with the boy’s dad, police said.
On Wednesday, the father alerted police after Jabbour allegedly sent the alarming image along with disturbing text messages, the NYPD said.
The boy was found in good condition shortly after an alert was issued, police said
Jabbour, of Morris Heights, is charged with endangering the welfare of a child, reckless endangerment and aggravated harassment.
