HUNTS POINT — Police arrested three teenage girls suspected of two robberies including one in which a 74-year-old woman was dragged to the ground.

Ajanique Legrand, 16, and two 15-year-old girls, whose names are being withheld by police, snatched a 74-year-old woman’s purse and pulled her to the ground as she walked on Kelly Street near East 156th Street at 5 p.m. Sunday, police said.

The next day, the girls allegedly approached a 57-year-old woman near Bryant Avenue and East 165th Street, put her in a headlock and stole her purse about 2 p.m., the NYPD said.

Both victims suffered minor injuries.

Legrand is charged with robbery, while one of her accomplices is charged with robbery, grand larceny and attempted grand larceny. The third suspect also faces robbery and grand larceny charges, police said.
