PARK SLOPE — A Rite Aid employee was arrested after stealing $1,241 from the pharmacy's cash register over a two week period, according to a police report.

The 19-year-old woman was arrested June 10 at the Rite Aid on Fifth Avenue and 10th Street for repeatedly taking money from the register starting on May 27, according to the report.

Other notable crimes in the 78th Precinct include the following, with details drawn from police reports:

► Two would-be thieves broke into the Ample Hills Creamery ice cream shop on Nevins and Union streets at about 4 a.m. on June 16. The thieves broke in through the front door and damaged a cash register while trying to open it, but didn't take anything.

► A 30-year-old man paid his bill after having drinks at Morgan's Barbecue on Flatbush Avenue and St. Mark's Avenue on June 18 at 6 p.m., then left the restaurant. He realized a few minutes later that he'd left his $500 Louis Vuitton wallet behind. It was gone when he returned.

► A 25-year-old worker at Bonnie's Grill had his $3,700 Colnago CLX bike stolen from a parking area behind the restaurant while he was working. The theft happened at about 10:15 p.m. on June 19.
