EAST WILLIAMSBURG —  A man was punched and robbed of his phone and cash on Wednesday, police said.

The 33-year-old victim was on his way to an apartment on Ten Eyck Walk near Graham Avenue to fix furniture, when two men approached him just before 1 p.m. on June 10, police said.

One man went in front of him to grab his phone from his front pants pocket, and the other came from behind, punched him in the back and took his wallet from his back pocket, police said.

The pair got away with the victim's BlackBerry, credit card, driver’s license and $42, according to police.

One suspect is described as 5-foot-6 with brown eyes. He was seen wearing blue jeans and a white top.

The other man was about 5-foot-11 and was wearing brown footwear and a white top.

Police could not say whether the incident happened inside the apartment itself.
