HELL'S KITCHEN — A popular West Village Mediterranean spot will open an outpost at West 44th Street and 10th Avenue, its owner said.

Meme Mediterranean's menu includes octopus, tagines, and lamb kebabs. Chef and owner Yakov Cohen, who was born in Morocco, plans to play around with new ideas like tapas-sized paellas and foie gras kebabs with fig marmalade.

"It's a little bigger kitchen so we can experiment with new dishes that we really want to do and we can't do in our current space," Cohen said.

Cohen, a 20-year Hell's Kitchen resident, plans to open up at 607 Tenth Ave. in November.
