OAKWOOD — A 2-year-old fell from a changing table and died on Monday morning, police said.
Police found Lily Jurgens laying unconscious on the floor of her Clawson Street home at about 9:25 a.m., officials said.
The toddler was rushed to Staten Island University Hospital North where she was pronounced dead, police said.
The Medical Examiner will determine the cause of death.
