LOWER EAST SIDE — A customer dining at a Ludlow Street eatery told police a man reached in through the window and stole $30 off a restaurant table last week, police said.

The 26-year-old woman told police she was at the Farmhouse Restaurant at 81 Ludlow St., when the man approached the window at around 9:15 p.m. on May 24, according to the NYPD.

Police said the thief reached into the restaurant, grabbed the cash from the table and fled on a bicycle. The man was about 30 years old with short, close-cut brown hair, police said.

Farmhouse Restaurant did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
