No matter which neighborhood you're in this weekend, there's something new to try:

A Crown Heights beer hall is serving up tahini-buttermilk chicken shawarma, a new dumpling shop has cropped up in Downtown Jamaica, and Danny Meyer's eatery in the New Whitney is offering crab hush puppies and spring green lasagna.

► Rose's Bar and Grill, Flatbush Avenue in Prospect Heights

The latest venture from the husband and wife team behind Franny's will be serving cheese toast, fried olives, salad, spit pork and hamburgers, among other "honest bar foods."

► Samesa Mediterranean at Berg'n Beer Hall, 899 Bergen Street in Crown Heights

Berg'n's newest food stall will be serving up sandwiches and salads like a tahini-and-buttermilk flavored chicken shawarma for $12 and a tomato salad with cumin vinaigrette for $10.

► Beijing Dumpling House, 88-38 Sutphin Boulevard in Downtown Jamaica

The new dumpling shop specializes in dumplings, either pan fried or boiled stuffed with chive and pork, cabbage and pork, vegetable, shrimp or chicken and basil. Also on the menu are mushroom and pork ban and sesame pancakes with toppings like egg, Peking duck and vegetables.

► The Fillmore Room, 146 10th Avenue in Chelsea

This revamp of Moran's Restaurant has a menu featuring salt and pepper sweetbreads and roasted bone marrow, and it still serves the shepherd’s pie and burgers for which Moran's was known. Additionally, The Fillmore's new brunch menu includes eggs benedict, huevos rancheros and shakshuka.

► Cafe Stateside, 203 Wilson Avenue in Bushwick

This 1950s-style cafe offers brews from local roaster Variety coffee and treats from Balthazar and vegan diner Champs.

► MP Taverna, 470 Driggs Avenue in Williamsburg

Michelin-starred celebrity chef Michael Psilakis has opened the fourth location of his modern Greek restaurant known for dishes such as a grilled octopus appetizer, grilled branzino and Greek dips.

► Untitled at the New Whitney Museum, 99 Ganesvoort Street in the Meatpacking District

The Whitney's eatery is a venture by restaurant magnate Danny Meyer and is helmed by chef Michael Anthony of Gramercy Tavern. It offers table service at a row of tables for two, and serves dishes like crab hushpuppies with pepper sauce and spring green lasagna with house-made ricotta.

► Yuzu, 360 Lenox Avenue in Harlem

This restaurant is split between contemporary sushi and traditional rolls. Half of the restaurant offers table service and a bar where customers can interact with the chef.

► Jolie Patisserie, 2453 Seventh Avenue in Harlem

This bakery serves Moroccan cookies, French pastries, Austrian Danishes, and a doughnut topped with Sriracha, sour cream and almonds.

► Hugo & Sons, 367 Seventh Avenue in Park Slope

The menu at this restaurant, which is housed in a former secret painting studio, offers updated versions of Italian and French classics. Dishes include chitarra pasta with basil pesto and green beans topped with shoestring french fries, pork bracciole, steak frites and a mussels Marseille appetizer, as well as a selection of pizzas cooked in a wood-fired oven.
