EAST WILLIAMSBURG — This year, the little guys are going all out.

Kings County Saloon's third annual Smallest Penis in Brooklyn Pageant next month will be measuring contestants' length on stage — a first for the pageant that celebrates the personality and chutzpah of the borough's less endowed.

It's also the first year that locals can nominate their favorite small-bodied but large-hearted buddies to be contestants, by sending them special cardboard cutouts, courtesy of sponsor Ship a Dick.

But the winner of the pageant — who will be awarded with the title and $500 — won't be the man with the smallest measurement, Kings County owner Jesse Levitt said.

The crown will go to the one with "a big heart," judged on personality-based categories like Q&A and talent, he said.

"They have to really embody the exemplary things that we're looking for, because they're going to be representing small penis men to the world," Levitt said. "It's the guy who is able to put the best face forward on this."

The pageant, to be held at Kings County's newer space at 1 Knickerbocker Ave. on June 13, will have fewer than a dozen contestants, who are still being chosen.

Tickets to see the show cost $5, with VIP tables available at a higher cost.

As done in the past two years, the contest will feature a evening wear, swimsuit, talent and Q&A portions.

Those interested in the contest still have time to apply to be a contestant or to nominate others. Men do not have to live in Brooklyn to participate.

Rules about showing too much prevented the bar from allowing contestants to bare all in the past, but audience members kept asking to know the actual numerical size of the participants, Levitt said.

This year's space and Star Wars-themed event will offer costumes that will show the men in all their glory, Levitt said.

Most of the contestants will be pre-screened for size, but any latecomers who try to flout the rules by possessing more than a little will be kicked off stage "in disgrace," Levitt said.

The pageant is supposed to be a positive event specifically to bring up those who are usually brought down, he said.

"It's a chance for guys to shine and show something that they'd ordinarily be embarrassed about," Levitt said. "It's a chance for them to be stars."

The pageant will be at Kings County Saloon at 1 Knickerbocker Ave. on Saturday, June 13 at 2 p.m. Advance tickets can be purchased online.
