HIGHBRIDGE — A suspect stabbed a man multiple times in the back in The Bronx on Friday, according to police and a dramatic video of the attack.

The incident took place on May 8 at roughly 4:45 a.m. near West 170th Street and Grant Highway, when the victim got in an argument with an unknown man.

Following the dispute, another man came up to the victim and stabbed him repeatedly in the back, police said.

A video released by the NYPD shows the suspect lunging at the victim's face before swinging his arm to stab him repeatedly in the back.

It was not immediately clear what weapon was used in the attack.

The victim was rushed to Lincoln Hospital in stable condition, according to police.

Officers have described the suspect as a man in black sneakers, a dark blue shirt and blue jeans. His relationships to the victim and to the person who had been arguing with the victim are unclear.
