LOWER EAST SIDE — Two robbers stole $10,000 at gunpoint from a Clinton Street travel agency on Tuesday, police said.

Two men wearing black bandanas pulled out handguns inside Clinton Travel Agency at 3:55 p.m. and walked towards an office partition, police said.

“This is a robbery, we want the money from the safe,” the men screamed, according to the NYPD.

Police said the thieves then held four employees at gunpoint and walked them the back office, where the company’s safe was located. One of the gunmen placed his weapon on the back of an employee’s head and demanded he open the safe, police said.

After the robbers placed about $10,000 into a black plastic bag, they ordered all employees to lie on the floor and then fled southbound on foot, according to the NYPD. Police said the men had black eyes and hair.

Clinton Travel Agency, located at 20 Clinton St., declined to comment.

Other recent crimes in the 7th Precinct include:

► A 32-year-old woman told police that someone had stolen $7,630 worth of jewelry from her Norfolk Street apartment sometime between April 27 and May 3, according to the NYPD.

The woman reported an "oyster" Rolex watch worth $3,500, Tiffany key chains worth $1,000 and a Swarovski necklace worth $130 missing on May 4, police said. She also said a $3,000 22-karat ring decorated with rubies and emeralds was also gone, police said.

Police found no signs of forced entry, according to the NYPD, and the woman recalled leaving her apartment keys in the front door two weeks ago.

► A woman lost her $600 iPhone 6, $200 black leather Coach handbag and debit cards after a night out at Donnybrook, located at 35 Clinton St., on May 1, police said.

The 27-year-old woman left her bag and phone on the table when she went to the bathroom, police said, and realized it was missing when she got back.

Police said she received a phone call from the thief later that night, who asked her to pay him to return her phone. She called her bank to cancel her cards, which informed her that there had been five attempts to make purchases and withdraw money from her account.

Donnybrook did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
