THEATER DISTRICT — Master sushi chef Seki plans to open up a third New York City shop on Restaurant Row, according to city documents.

Zhong Zhen Shi, aka Chef Seki, famously tops his fish with nontraditional ingredients like sauteed tomato and jalapeno sauce.

He filed plans for a 144-seat restaurant at 365 W. 46th St., his third location after expanding to Chelsea last year. The kitchen will be open until 2 AM most nights.

Seki worked for years at Sushi of Gari, the Upper East Side institution known for daring sushi innovations.

Like Gari, Seki’s restaurants offer an omakase menu, or chef’s choice, so eaters can defer to the sushi masters and what they recommend to eat that day.

Chef Seki did not respond to a request for comment.
