MANHATTAN — A man and woman swiped a 92-year-old woman's purse carrying her glasses and hearing aid from her shopping cart in Fairway Market, police said.
The duo, who can be seen in photos released by police, pinched the purse about 1:45 p.m. on April 22 as the elderly woman pushed her cart through the store at 2127 Broadway, near West 74th Street, NYPD officials said.
The purse had her credit cards, glasses, a hearing aid, $450 and other items inside, police said.
The 20-something female suspect was wearing a black shirt under a light-colored one, a necklace and had her hair in a bun, according to the NYPD.
The male suspect was also in his 20s and was wearing a pair of glasses, a black do-rag and a T-shirt, police said.
