RICHMOND HILL — A teenager fatally stabbed his 50-year-old stepfather with a kitchen knife in their Queens apartment Sunday afternoon, police said.

Nickel McLean, 19, stabbed David Hightower once in the chest during an argument on April 19 at around 2:30 p.m. in the 114th Street apartment where the two lived, authorities said.

Officials rushed Hightower to Jamaica Hospital, where he was pronounced dead, police said.

McLean was arrested at the scene, and charged with murder and criminal posession of a weapon.
