LOWER EAST SIDE — A former employee stole $1,458 worth of booze — including a $375 bottle of Herradura Seleccion Suprema Tequila Extra Anejo — from Tijuana Picnic, located at 151 Essex St., on March 21, police said.

Police said Adam Concepcion, 31, lifted 20 bottles of tequila from the establishment’s liquor room area as well as the bars on the upper and lower levels. An employee discovered the bottles missing when he opened the bar around 7 p.m. that day, according to the NYPD.

According to a criminal complaint from the Manhattan District Attorney’s office, Concepcion resigned from Tijuana Picnic on March 19, a few days before the incident. Concepecion covered the video camera installed in the liquor storage room, the complaint said, but a camera behind a bar caught him removing two bottles and placing them under his shirt.

Concepcion was charged with burglary and grand larceny, according to the DA's office. Bail was set at $5,000 cash or bond, the office said. His attorney did not immediately return a request for comment.

Tijuana Picnic did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Other crimes in the 7th Precinct include:

► A thief stole a 32-year-old woman’s wallet, which contained $550 in cash, after she went outside to throw up, police said.

The woman was at a party at 191 Henry St. on March 22, police said, but left to because she was not feeling well and wanted to vomit, police said.

When the victim reached the southeast corner of Clinton Street and East Broadway, another woman offered her assistance, but the victim refused, according to the NYPD.

Police said the woman then took the victim’s red leather wallet out her front right coat pocket, which contained the cash as well as her Korean passport, driver’s license, MetroCard and credit and debit cards. The victim realized her wallet was missing when she got into a cab.

Police said the thief was roughly 5 feet tall and 105 pounds.

► Police arrested Stanley Gilmore Jr., 30, on March 25 after an officer witnessed him shove and choke a 29-year-old man inside the Ludlow Hotel, according to the NYPD.

The men had a verbal dispute that turned into physical fight at around 5:40 a.m., police said, and the officer got in between the two men to prevent Gilmore from putting his hands around the victim’s neck. The victim refused medical attention.

Police said Gilmore also punched out a window.

Gilmore was charged with criminal assault, harassment, criminal mischief and criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation, according to the Manhattan District Attorney's office.

He was released on his own recognizance and a temporary order of protection was issued, the DA's office said. He is due back in court on April 30.

Gilmore's attorney did not immediately return a request for comment. The Ludlow Hotel declined to comment.

► A 38-year-old man was sent to Bellevue Hospital after he was knocked out in an altercation at a McDonald’s located at 213 Madison St., police said.

Police said the victim was in line purchasing food when a man came up to him and pushed the victim three times. The 38-year-old man fell, hit his head on a chair and was knocked unconscious, according to the NYPD.

Police said the man who pushed the victim was about 35 years old, 5-foot-8 and was bald.

A manager at the McDonald’s said she did not know anything about the incident.
