MANHATTAN — Police found the body of a 74-year-old woman with a cut across her head in her East Harlem apartment, officials said.
Juana Garcia was found inside her home in the Wilson Houses, 435 E. 105th St., near First Avenue, about 7:30 p.m. Thursday, NYPD officials said.
She was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
The city's medical examiner will determine her cause of death, police said.
