HARLEM — The lottery for nine affordable one-bedroom units — each with a monthly rent of $675 — in a newly renovated apartment opened this week.
Applications to live at 207 West 115 th St. opened Tuesday and will be accepted until April 28, according to the city’s Housing Connect website.
Amenities include a roof deck, ground level laundry room, a gym and lounge area with restrooms and a billiards table that can be reserved for private gatherings, according to Citi Habitats.
Units also have small balconies that look out onto 115th Street.
To qualify for the one-bedroomsm individual applicants must make between $30,755 and $36,300 a year. Couples must make between $30,755 and $41,460, according to the application.
The building also has one two-bedroom unit, with a monthly rent of $755. Income requirements for the two-bedroom are less than $41,460 for two people, $46,620 for three, and $51,780 for four.
