BEDFORD-STUYVESANT — A man took a risky jump across the G subway tracks at the Bedford-Nostrand Avenues station, a video posted on Facebook shows.

The jumper, a young man dressed in black, appears to prepare for the big leap as he runs to the edge of the track twice before the stunt, according to the video posted on the New Yorkers page.

"One more time," another man recording the video said after the jumper had landed on the platform across the tracks.

The video has been watched more than 155,000 times and shared more than 900 times since it was posted on April 3. It was not clear when the video was recorded.

"It takes an enormous lack of common sense," a MTA spokesman said about the video, "It is a shame, however, that media continues to promote this asinine behavior by posting these videos for others to emulate."

Many users on social media also criticized the stunt.

"Welcome to the NYC Urban Olympics - here we have Mr. WTF R UDoing (representing Brooklyn Heights) attempting the Subway Long Jump," Mimi Brooks commented on Facebook.

"Stupid. Not smart at all," Dana Monteiro commented.
