CHELSEA — A French wine bar will make its second home in London Terrace this spring, according to an owner.

Le Pif, which pours reds and whites from France on the Upper West Side, will branch out to 465 W. 23rd St, according to city documents.

The wine bar, which co-owner Dilaver Kocak should open in two to three months, will serve "close to 100" wines, all or mostly from France, and French foods like onion soup and duck rillettes.

"It's going to be quiet, you can have a conversation with your friend," said Kocak, who also owns Wine Escape in Hell's Kitchen. He said the atmosphere will be casual and modern, with background music, a good place to drop in with friends or alone.

"One of my favorites is Sancerre, it's one of my best, I love it," he told DNAinfo. "Escargots as an appetizer, you're going to love it."
