MANHATTAN — A Cleveland man was arrested for threatening to shoot a man with a stolen pistol inside the Port Authority Bus Terminal Monday night, Port Authority police said.

Christopher Wood, 21, who was wearing an M&M's shirt with the phrase "Surrounded by Nuts," pointed the 9 mm Hi-Point pistol at another man he was arguing with inside the terminal about 9:30 p.m., a Port Authority Police Department spokesman said.

Witnesses alerted nearby officers who then found Wood on the lower level of the North Wing and arrested him on charges of criminal possession of a weapon, PAPD officials said.

The officers also recovered the weapon and found that its serial number was removed, police said.

He was still awaiting arraignment on Tuesday afternoon, prosecutors said.
