HELL'S KITCHEN — Manhattanites can now get a taste of Brooklyn's Ample Hills.

The ice cream makers, known for unusual and addictive flavors like Salted Crack Caramel, opened for business at Gotham West Market on Thursday, according to a spokesman.

The mini chain created a new flavor in honor of the neighborhood: "The Hell’s Kitchen Sink," which Gotham West spokeswoman Jamie Siskin described as "a toast to the neighborhood’s Irish roots." The flavor features dark chocolate and Guinness stout ice cream, chili-spiced brownies, and cookie dough and toffee bar pieces.

The ice cream stand inside the Eleventh Avenue market — which is Ample Hills' first location in Manhattan — will feature a rotating selection of 12 flavors, Siskin said.

Ample Hills has two year-round spots in Brooklyn, in Prospect Heights and Gowanus, along with a seasonal location in Brooklyn Bridge Park.
