QUEENS — Three young teens — including a 13-year-old boy — were busted after they robbed two men at gunpoint within minutes in Jamaica, police said.

The 13-year-old and his two 14-year-old accomplices, whose names DNAinfo is withholding because of their ages, robbed two men on Jan. 31, after punching them in the face and flashing a loaded .40 caliber handgun, police and sources said.

Police did not release the name of the 13-year-old, but, sources said, that last year, the boy was arrested for possessing a weapon.

The first robbery took place around 7:50 p.m. in front of the former Jamaica High School building in Jamaica Hills.

The second incident occurred approximately 10 minutes later about a dozen blocks away — on 179th Place, between 90th and Jamaica avenues, police said.

In both cases, the teens punched their victims in the face and stole their wallets which contained credit cards and IDs, police said.

The first victim, 29, had no cash on him, but the teens also stole his cellphone, police said. The second victim, also 29, had $7, officials said.

Both suffered minor injuries.

All three teens were charged with robbery and criminal possession of a weapon, police said.

The 13-year old was charged as a juvenile, while his accomplices, because they are older, were charged as juvenile offenders in the adult system. As such may face more serious penalties, authorities said.

Sources said that the 13-year-old was arrested last year when police found a loaded .32 caliber gun in his apartment. The details of that arrest were not immediately clear.

The Queens District Attorney's office withheld the teens' criminal complaints because of their age.
