EAST WILLIAMSBURG — A man was robbed after a mugger held a knife to his neck and said, "Don't cry, or I'll kill you," police said.

The victim, 47, was walking near Morgan Avenue and Thames Street on Thursday, Feb. 5, about 11:30 p.m. when two men, who covered their faces with black scarves, approached him from behind, police said.

One of the men put a knife to the right side of the victim's neck and threatened to kill him if the victim cried, police said.

The other suspect then took a wallet from the victim's back left pants pocket, police said. It included about $70 worth of property, including cash, a drivers permit and a Dominican Republic residency card.

The two men then fled west on Thames Street.

One of the suspects was described as about 30 years old, standing 5-foot-8 and weighing 180 pounds, police said. The second man, whose age was unknown, was described as standing 5-foot-5 and weighing 160 pounds, police said.

No one has been arrested for the incident.

Other notable incidents in the 90th precinct include:

► A 14-year-old boy was robbed of his cellphone by another teen who threatened to "poke" him if he interfered, police said.

The victim was walking near Humboldt and Grand streets on Wednesday, Feb. 4, about 3 p.m. when a 13-year-old boy asked to borrow his phone, police said.

The victim handed over the phone, and as the suspect walked away, he asked for the phone back, police said.

The suspect responded, "I'm going to poke you" and then walked away with another boy who was about 15 years old, police said. The NYPD did not say if the suspect was carrying a weapon.

The phone, a Samsung Galaxy S3, was worth more than $600, police said. No one has been arrested for the incident.

► About $6,600 worth of designer watches, jewelry and cash were taken from an East Williamsburg apartment last week in a burglary, police said.

The victims, a 46-year-old man and 43-year-old woman, left the apartment on Stagg Street near Bushwick Avenue on Saturday, Feb. 7, about 12:45 p.m., locking and securing the door, police said.

When they returned at 12:45 a.m. Sunday, the front door was closed but unlocked, police said. There were no signs of forced entry.

A laptop, iPad, Nike watch, Michael Kors watch, Diesel watch, Citizen watch, several gold chains and necklaces, and $1,200 in cash all were missing from the apartment, police said.

Police are still investigating the incident.
