BAY RIDGE — He should wash his mouth out.

A former laundromat worker called a customer a "fat b----" and threatened to "catch her fat a--" after she left a frustrated Yelp review about the shop's failure to deliver her laundry on the day she was promised.

The worker was fired from the shop two months ago for suspected theft but continues to threaten its customers, Laundry On 3rd owner Michael Calascione said.

"He is a disgruntled former delivery driver who threatened to ruin the reputation of the business online," he said.

In August of last year, Bay Ridge resident and web developer Emma Story, 34, sent her laundry out to Laundry On 3rd as she had done for five years. But her clothes did not come back on time.

After getting in an argument over the phone with an employee she took to Yelp and wrote a review explaining what had happened.

"I think it goes without saying that I will never use them again," she wrote.

Story wasn't the only customer to leave an angry message on the company's Yelp page, which got 1.5 stars based on 5 reviews. Other complained about bed bugs, lost clothing and damaged bras.

"Scorched and shrunken clothing, bleached out colors, and various forms of damage to your laundry is what will occur here," Maria D. wrote on Yelp. "I strongly suggest you explore other laundry services."

Months after Story's review, on Feb. 3, a response came from ex-delivery guy who went by "Jacob V."

"You FAT [B----] you think you can just post your [bull---t] review on laundry on 3rd and no one will know?" he wrote in a direct message to Story.

"I know where you live you fat [b----] [address deleted] and now your gunna get taught a lesson to keep your fat mouth shut, take off your review or we will catch your fat a-- and then it's on."

At first the message struck Story as funny but then she began to worry.

"The delivery guy had been to my apartment 50 times," she said. "He knows exactly where I live."

Story filed a police report Wednesday with the 68th Precinct, where she was told the message qualified as "aggravated harassment."

Police at the 68th precinct could not be reached for comment.

The fact that Jacob V. no longer works for the laundromat doesn't make Story feel any better.

"The idea that some driver might be using me to get back at his former boss is particularly vexing for me," she said.

"But either way there's a hostile dude out there with my home address and I don't like it at all."
