HELL'S KITCHEN — A Manhattan bandit went whole hog on a bacon-themed restaurant Tuesday night, taking nearly $3,000 cash from the manager's unlocked safe, police said.

The NYPD is looking for a middle-aged man caught on surveillance making his getaway from BarBacon at 836 Ninth Ave. just before midnight after taking $2,800 from the safe, according to the NYPD.

An employee of the restaurant that prides itself on, "treating and giving bacon the attention it rightfully deserves," according to its website, declined to comment.

Police said the suspect was last seen wearing black shoes, a black coat and blue jeans.
