ASTORIA — How do you do?
Police are looking for a pair of burglars who were caught clearly looking at a surveillance camera, including one who lifted his hat as he peered up at the device.
The thieves allegedly swiped computers, jewelry and cash from a first-floor apartment last month.
Investigators say the two men broke into an apartment on 37th Street through a back window shortly before noon on Jan. 13. They stole a MacBook Pro computer, jewelry, a laptop, luggage and $100 in cash from the 23-year-old woman's home, according to the NYPD.
The suspects were captured on video released by police, in which both men look up directly into the camera, offering a clear view of their faces.
Both men were wearing black hats and black jackets, and one suspect sported a mustache.
