NEW YORK CITY — In his first Vine video since being elected mayor, Bill de Blasio beckoned folks to watch his State of the City speech.
"I'm about to deliver an important message on the state of our city. You won't want to miss this, tune in," the mayor says in the looping 6 second-video, posted on Tuesday morning just 15 minutes before the address.
