EAST WILLIAMSBURG — This one's a gem.

Several unique pieces of jewelry — including a ring that appears to show two bears having sex — were stolen from a Williamsburg apartment last week, police said.

A burglar or burglars entered an apartment near Metropolitan Avenue and Olive Street on Friday, Jan. 23, about 9 a.m., stealing the jewelry and Canon camera worth about $2,000 total, the NYPD said.

Police released photos of "some of the more unique pieces of jewelry" in the hopes of receiving help identifying the thief.

The items included a ring that appears to show two bears having sex, a ring featuring a bicycle and a pendant with a man standing on a ladder. A pair of diamond earrings was also swiped, police said.

The total value of the jewelry was about $1,200, while the camera was worth about $800, police said.

Anyone with information is encouraged to submit tips to NYPD's Crime Stoppers Hotline at 800-577-TIPS.
