
LONG ISLAND CITY — Police are looking for help tracking down a man who "manipulated himself" while staring at a 47-year-old woman on the R train, the NYPD said.
The suspect put his hands in his pants and committed the act on Friday, Jan. 23 around 5:30 p.m. near Queensboro Plaza, according to police. The suspect got off the train at the next stop. No one was injured in the incident.
The suspect was described as 5-foot-5 and weighing about 125 pounds.
