THE BRONX — Two men brutally beat a Concourse Village bodega patron in late November, punching and stomping on him as he lay on the ground while other customers looked on, police said.

In a graphic video released by police, one of the attackers in a gray shirt is seen chatting up the victim, 38, at the counter in the store at 285 E. 165 St., near College Avenue, about 11:40 p.m. Nov. 27, according to the NYPD.

The surveillance footage then cuts ahead and shows the same gray-shirted man repeatedly punching the victim with the help of another man in a Yankees cap.

The suspects, who are both 6 feet tall, hurl the victim to the floor and start kicking and stomping on him, video shows.

The victim was taken to an area hospital in critical condition, but he has since been released, police said.

The two attackers fled after the beating and have remained at large ever since, according to the NYPD.

The first suspect was last seen wearing the gray shirt with matching pants and black sneakers, police said.

The second, in the Yankees hat, wore a blue shirt and gray jeans, police said.

Anyone with information should contact Crime Stoppers at (800) 577-TIPS (8477).
