GRASMERE — A woman was killed inside her Grasmere home, police said.
Police found Nancy Carafo, 55, unconscious with a head injury inside her 55 Fayette Ave. home about 11:40 p.m. Monday, police said.
EMS who responded pronounced her dead at the scene, police said.
On Tuesday morning, Carafo's death was ruled a homicide. Police had not arrested anyone as of early Tuesday afternoon.
