MEATPACKING DISTRICT — Two men who were making a scene outside The Standard hotel were arrested when one pretended to be a police officer and the other kicked out the window of an NYPD van, police said.

Ilir Kuka, 23, and Partiot Kuka, 27, were screaming and yelling about 12:15 a.m. on Nov. 29 in front of the swanky Meatpacking District hotel when security guards and a hotel manager asked them to leave, police said.

When a manager threatened to call police if they didn’t leave, Partiot shot back, “I am a cop and I work at the 47th Precinct," police said.

The manager asked to see his ID, police said, and Partiot told him, “I’m not showing you nothing, I’m a cop and that’s it.”

Police arrived and arrested Partiot, who resisted by twisting away and flailing his arms, police said.

Ilir was taken into custody too and placed into an NYPD van, where he kicked out a side window, shattering it, police said.

Ilir was charged with auto stripping and criminal mischief, both misdemeanors. He also received a violation for disorderly conduct.

He was held in jail after he didn't post bail, which a judge set at $1,000 bond or $500 cash. He's due back in court on Jan. 5.

Partiot was charged with resisting arrest and criminal impersonation. He was released without bail and is due back in court on Jan. 29.

Attorneys for Ilir and Partiot did not immediately respond to requests for comment.

Serge Theronier, 28, was arrested for public urination in front of 321 Sixth Ave., across the street from the playground, about 4:10 p.m. on Nov. 28, police said.

Theronier was charged with public lewdness, police said. He was released without bail and is due back in court on Dec. 16. He is also facing charges from an arrest two days prior, when police said he was found lying on subway platform.

His attorney did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

► A man was arrested for trying to walk out of the Up & Down Club with a woman's designer purse, police said.

Alessandro Manca, 24, was caught leaving the club at 244 W. 14th St. with a 21-year-old woman’s Rebecca Minkoff handbag, police said.

Police said bar staff stopped Manca about 3 a.m. on Nov. 27, and that the bag, valued at $250, contained the woman’s $195 Tory Burch wallet, three credit cards, a $300 iPhone 4S and $20 in cash.

Manca was charged with felony grand larceny.

He was released without bail and is due back in court on Feb. 23. His attorney did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
