MEATPACKING DISTRICT — A burglar made off with $15,000 worth of jewelry after breaking into a Meatpacking District shop, police said.
The man hurled a brick wrapped in a black garbage bag through the front door of Anna, a boutique at 825 Washington St., at 4:10 a.m. on Nov. 30, police said.
The suspect then snatched $15,000 worth of hoop earrings, bracelets, pendants and bangles before fleeing the store, police said.
Police released a photo of the suspect Monday evening.
