EAST VILLAGE — A man was stabbed after pulling out his cellphone to film a brawl early Saturday morning, police said.

The 41-year-old victim was filming a fight in the back of an apartment building at 141 E. 13th St. at 1:30 a.m. when one of the men in the fracas turned on the victim instead, according to the NYPD.

The suspect pulled out a knife and stabbed the victim in the torso, police said.

The victim was taken to Bellevue Hospital, where he was treated and released, police said.

Police released stills from the video shot by the victim, which show the dark-haired, mustachioed suspect wearing jeans and a T-shirt with an Egyptian pharaoh print.
