The man first broke into a barber shop through the skylight window around 3 a.m. and stole a Samsung TV, according to police.

About 30 minutes later, the man broke into a food store, Berezka, specializing in Russian and Eastern European products. This time, the burglar used the basement door to enter the shop and steal about $7,000.

The man, police said, was seen driving a small sedan.
