QUEENS — A student at the Frank Sinatra School of the Arts in Astoria was arrested for distributing Xanax to three students Tuesday morning, authorities said.

All four students were taken to Elmhurst Hospital after complaining of dizziness and nausea, according to the NYPD and Department of Education officials.

The charges and identity of the teen who allegedly gave out the drugs are being withheld because the student is a juvenile, according to the NYPD.

Another 17-year-old female student was also arrested after she was found in possession of two pills, a police spokesman said. She was not taken to the hospital and charges against her are still pending.

The 16-year-old female, 17-year-old male, 16-year-old male and the charged teen did not suffer any serious injuries, officials said.

The students' parents were notified, according to the DOE, and disciplinary action is pending.
