Police Identify Suspect Who Stole $55 From Staten Island Bank

WESTERLEIGH — Police have released the name of the suspect in last week's bank robbery on Staten Island that only netted $55.

Police said Mark Leaks Jr. walked into the TD Bank at 1600 Forest Ave. around 5:10 p.m. on August 18 and passed a note demanding cash to the teller. He fled the bank with only $55 in cash, police said.

No injuries were reported in the robbery.
