Pair Uses Fake $100 Bills in Staten Island Target, Police Say

NEW SPRINGVILLE — A pair used nine fake $100 bills to buy electronics from a Staten Island Target, police said.

On July 21, the man and the woman walked into the Target at 2873 Richmond Ave. around 8:30 p.m., the NYPD said.

They then bought electronics with the fake money and left the store in a white Ford Fusion with the license plate NY GNX 2679, police said.
