BROOKLYN — A woman came home to her Williamsburg apartment to find the place getting ransacked by two men who then pinned her to the ground and made off with a computer, police said.
The 26-year-old tenant had returned to her apartment near Meserole Street and Bushwick Avenue about 8:35 a.m. on July 16, police said. When she turned to flee after seeing the thieves, one of the men shoved her to the ground and held her down, according to the NYPD.
The second suspect took a laptop from her bedroom before they both ran away, police said.
She did not request medical attention after the theft, the NYPD said.
Both suspects were described as being in their late 20s and standing 6 feet tall, police said. One was described as "heavy set," while the other had dark hair in a ponytail, police said.
