GREENWICH VILLAGE — A woman and her brother were beaten after they confronted a trio of robbers at a dollar pizza joint on Sixth Avenue last week, police said.

The 49-year-old woman and her 32-year-old brother were waiting in line at 99 Cents Fresh Pizza, 388 Sixth Ave. near Waverly Place, about 7:15 p.m. on July 8 when Camillea McFarlane, 18, and two other people reached over and put their hands in the woman's purse, police said.

When the woman turned to confront McFarlane and her friends, McFarlane punched her in the face repeatedly, leaving her left eye and neck bruised and swollen, police said.

The woman's brother tried to intervene but was jumped by a group of people, who beat him up and stole his phone, police said.

The woman's $623 Samsung Galaxy S4 was destroyed during the melee, and one of her $10 earrings was damaged, police said.

Both the woman and her brother refused medical attention.

McFarlane was arrested and charged with robbery. Her attorney did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Police were still looking for the other suspects as of this week.

Other recent incidents in the 6th Precinct include:

► A woman walked off with another woman's purse at an Upper East Side bar — but the victim tracked down the thief and got her purse back before notifying authorities, police said.

The 39-year-old woman told police that she was with a group of people at Dorrian's Red Hand at 1616 Second Ave. about 10:30 p.m. on July 10 when she noticed her $1,200 purse was missing.

The woman had left her purse on a table with a group that included 29-year-old Cory Shrock, and she realized that Shrock was the only person to leave the bar in the time her purse went missing, police said.

The woman used an app to located her iPhone and traced it to an apartment building on Thompson Street between Bleecker and Houston streets, where she confronted Shrock and got her purse back, police said.

The victim then contacted police, who arrested Shrock, the NYPD said.

Shrock told officers she "accidentally left the bar with the bag," according to the police report.

She was arraigned on charges of petit larceny and criminal possession of stolen property.

Shrock's attorney did not immediately respond to request for comment.

► A man was arrested for attacking a taxi driver he refused to pay, police said.

Police said Samuel Rogers, 21, refused to pay his $6.50 fare before exiting a cab at LaGuardia Place and West Houston Street about 4:30 a.m. on July 10.

The 44-year-old cabbie drove off, police said, but Rogers chased him. When Rogers caught up to the cab, he smashed the driver's side front window with a knife and then ran away, police said.

While a police officer was talking to the driver at the scene a little later, Rogers returned and the driver identified him to the officer, police said.

Rogers was arrested and charged with criminal mischief, police said.

An attorney for Rogers did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

► Store employees at clothing shop Scoop in the Meatpacking District helped police nab two people who stole a purse left near the store's fitting rooms about 6:20 p.m. on July 12, police said.

The workers discovered the purse was missing from the 681 Washington St. shop and immediately suspected Carlos Cortes, 24, and Yenitza Agosto, 25, who had just walked around the store and then left, police said.

Officers searched the neighborhood based on the workers' description and found the pair at The Ink Pad, a store devoted to rubber stamps located a few blocks away at 37 Seventh Ave., police said.

Police said the purse contained a Galaxy S3 phone, a Paul Smith wallet, a TD Bank card, a Capital One card, a Citibank card, a state ID, a MetroCard, $5 in cash and a $500 iPhone. They were unable to recover the iPhone or the cash.

Cortes and Agosto were arrested and charged with grand larceny.

Information on a lawyer for Cortes was not immediately available, and Agosto's attorney did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

► A man was arrested when he ran into traffic after police caught him urinating in public, the NYPD said.

Police said they tried to stop Christian Johnson, 22, about 2:10 a.m. July 12 near Christopher Street and Greenwich Street in the Village.

He was charged with reckless endangerment for running into traffic.

Information on his attorney was not immediately available.

► A man and woman were caught using someone else's debit card at McKenna's Pub at 250 W. 14th St., police said.

Michael Kirkland, 41, tried to pay a $26 tab with a Visa card that didn't belong to him, police said.

Bar staff called the police, who found a second debit card on Kirkland. Both cards were defaced and altered, police said.

Kirkland and his companion, 39-year-old Sharon Thomas, were arrested and charged with grand larceny, police said.

Their attorneys could not immediately be reached.
