BUSHWICK — An eight-story hotel will open in Bushwick this fall.
The building, created by developer Moris Yeroshalmy, is still under construction at 9 Beaver St., a block south of Flushing Avenue and a block northeast of Broadway.
A sign on the property says it's expected to be completed in fall 2014.
Yeroshalmy, who according to city records is a member of owner 7be LLC, declined to provide more details about the property.
The 77-foot tall hotel will have 116 guest rooms, a breakfast area, two open parking spaces and four bike parking spaces, according to Department of Building records.
