MANHATTAN — A Harlem man was found dead in his apartment by his home health aide Thursday, his arms and legs bound up with a telephone cord, police said.

The 59-year-old man was found in his 316 E. 126th St. apartment about 9:30 a.m. Thursday, an NYPD spokesman said. The aide called 911, police said.

Police said they were investigating the incident and had not identified a suspect.
