TIMES SQUARE — It's time to say namaste on the Great White Way.

Massive yoga classes will take over Times Square this weekend as a celebration of the summer solstice.

The festivities begin early Saturday morning, when thousands of yogis will descend on the Crossroads of the World for Athleta Mind Over Madness Yoga, which will offer a full schedule of classes all day in the city's busiest square.

On Sunday, the yoga frenzy will continue with the MINDBODY Sol Conference, featuring a range of yoga and meditation classes at the New York Marriott Marquis.

Each class, lasting an hour, will feature a different instructor teaching a different kind of yoga, from Bikram to Sunset Flow.

Times Square Alliance President Tim Tompkins — a certified yoga instructor — will teach a Sunrise Vinyasa class at 5:30 a.m. Saturday.

The 12th annual solstice yoga event is expected to draw thousands, along with even more spectators. Last year's one-day event brought 16,000 stretching participants to Times Square.

Saturday's outdoor events are at capacity, but spots are still available at the MINDBODY Sol Conference for $20, with registration available online.

A full schedule of yoga classes is available on the Times Square Alliance's website
