NEW BRIGHTON — A man had his wallet stolen while he was walking on Jersey Street earlier this month, police said.
The 30-year-old man was walking near 540 Jersey St. when the suspect ran up to him and forcibly removed his wallet and fled the scene on June 8 around 8:00 p.m., police said.
There were no injuries reported in the robbery, police said.
The suspect was described by police as a 5-foot-10-inch tall man in his twenties weighing 165 pounds.
