OCEAN BREEZE — A Staten Island man was reported missing from a psychiatric center last week, police said.
John Heppard, 45, was last seen at his residence at South Beach Psychiatric Center, 777 Seaview Ave., on Thursday at noon, police said. He was reported missing on Saturday, police said.
Heppard was described by police as standing 6-foot-3, weighing 250 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes, and last seen wearing a black shirt and pants.
