FINANCIAL DISTRICT — A new video of a daring jump from the top of One World Trade Center has been released, just before the men charged in the dive appeared in court Tuesday.

The three jumpers, James Brady, 32, Marko Markovich, 27, and Andrew Rossig, 33, as well as Kyle Hartwell, who kept watch at the bottom of the tower during the stunt, were all indicted on charges of second-degree reckless endangerment, third-degree burglary, reckless endangerment of property, and unauthorized climbing, jumping and suspending oneself from a structure.

The men made the jump at about 3 a.m. on Sept. 30 of last year, but weren’t arrested until March 24.

The video posted Monday to YouTube is the latest of three clips of the breathtaking plunge from the 104th floor of 1 WTC. A helmet camera captures footage of Markovich rapidly descending from the tower above Lower Manhattan and parachuting to safety just steps from the Hudson River.

The YouTube video directs viewers to the jumpers' website, which is asking for help with legal fees.

"There’s no question over what happened that night so there’s no reason to hide behind it,” Markovich’s lawyer, Timothy Parlatore, told the New York Post.

Parlatore did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
