EAST WILLIAMSBURG - Popular raw food and juice food truck The Squeeze is opening its first brick-and-mortar store in East Williamsburg on Friday.

The cold-pressed juice bar will open at 196 Graham Ave. between Scholes and Meserole streets on May 9. The new location will offer non-GMO, locally-sourced juices and a full menu of raw foods including soups, salads and crepes, according to the company.

“I’m eager to transform the way people eat, to eat lighter on the food chain, to heal themselves and the planet,” founder Karliin Brooks said in a statement.

The Squeeze food truck is also now back at Union Square at 17th and Broadway.

Its juices - with selections like “Two Hearts BEET as One” with apple, cucumber, beet, carrot, ginger, lemon, cayenne - go for $9.50, according to the website.

“Cold pressing the juices enables them to retain their natural enzymes, vitamins, and minerals, ensuring they contain the richest stores of micronutrients,” the press release reads.
